Quick answers
How do I join the beta?
WalkPic is currently an iPhone beta; App Store launch is in preparation. Email us about beta availability. There is no public App Store download on this website.
Can I use the normal iPhone Camera?
Yes. Start a walk in WalkPic, switch to Camera to take your photos, then return to WalkPic to finish and review. Allow the location and Photos access needed for the features you choose.
Why is a photo missing from my walk?
Check the Photos access you granted in iPhone Settings. Limited Photos access and images still downloading from iCloud can affect what’s available. Open your walk and use the photo-selection controls to add or choose images, then check their locations before sharing.
Is my walk shared as soon as I finish?
No. Finishing saves your private walk on this iPhone. Publishing is a separate review step where you choose approved content and an audience.
Where are my private walks backed up?
WalkPic does not automatically back up your private library to its service. In versions with Your data, you can export an encrypted archive through Files. Keep the archive and its passphrase somewhere you can recover them; the service cannot recover a forgotten passphrase.
How do I report a shared walk or block someone?
Use Report on a shared walk and explain the issue. You can block a person from their profile. For follow-up, contact the operator with a link or enough detail to identify the content. Read the community guidelines.
How do I delete my account?
Open You → Delete account in the app and confirm with the Delete account button. See what deletion removes and what may remain.
